Friendly and reliable staff. Always helpful and patient for questions and requests. Changes are not a problem. The food is great, everything we tried and ordered was exactly what we wanted. The price is fair and corresponds to a good price-performance ratio

Only four points, as the "Hangar" bus stop is not well signposted how to get to the Zeppelin Hangar. Otherwise it would have got the full 5 stars. I can only recommend a Zeppelin flight, but it was definitely not the first time Last time.

It's part of a special experience. The tour with the Zeppelin was indescribable and the hangar contributes to that. From the check-in to the security check to the drive to the runway and the landing of the zeppelin. That's just great.

My son, my grandson and I rode the zeppelin for half an hour at a height of 300m above Lake Constance and Friedrichshafen. A pleasure in beautiful weather. It's very different from being on a plane. The organization was excellent, from booking on the Internet to checking in, everything was well organized. With a safety briefing and a short film to get you in the mood, everything was ok. A restaurant for the waiting and the non-flying company is also included. All in all, apart from a small downer (the price), everything was great.

In the 'hangar' there are both the flight handling (service / check-in / info), the shop and the restaurant. to the restaurant: It was pretty nice here. More than enough space for guests. You can watch the zeppelins take off and land (outside) while you take care of your physical well-being. Unfortunately, I don't know why, but the restaurant team seemed a little disorganized (when it came to ordering and serving). Still, you were very kind. (I would give 4/5 stars individually.) The shop is small but nice and offers souvenirs and souvenirs for almost every budget - but you can also view and order online. The flight handling went completely smoothly. In advance there was a short safety briefing and at the end a certificate and a board book (flight book). Here, too, everyone was very friendly and made an experienced and professional impression.

We were there on the visitor terrace at the start of the Zeppelin. The conditions are nice and the prices are fair. The ladies at the info help very nicely with all questions. Unfortunately, because of Corona, shipyard management is not possible, we will do it as soon as possible.

All good and clean. The service is good and the staff are friendly. The prices are very good and the quality is also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it can be said that it is to be recommended. Finally the show with Zeppelins that come and go brings you back to the past.

Unforgettable experience.

Extremely slow service. They do not notice quests waiting to order, you have to call them directly, which is not easy when they try to avoid your sight. They mix orders - don't know to which table to bring the food, so they stand in the middle of the more-or-less area and call out loud who ordered given thing. If you are waiting for a flight soon, better forgot about ordering there as you will not have a chance to drink/eat before you have to go. Do not recommend.
